Congratulations #4

Salam.

Some might already know that i am officially Mommy Sara, since the birth of my nephew on 4th Jan at 0150am. (so yeah, my bro, abah and baby's birthday gonna be celebrated together, senang! :p)

and i am glad and thankful to ALLAH SWT for having the opportunity to indirectly be in the process of my SIL's labour. and the experience and lessons that i got, were... precious!

The moment he was born, I couldnt wait enough to see his face. 
Seriously, who's he gonna look like? his ayah? his ibu? or his gorgeous aunty? haha. 
and first time jumpa dia..... I instantly fell in love with him...
you are sooo cute baby! mata asyik pejam, pastu kaki tendang2..pergerakan semua macam slow motion..macam dalam perut dulu-dulu...awww.
terus jatuh cinta, snap banyak sangat gambar coz setiap apa yang dia buat semua cuteee. haha.
and now i know how love at first sight feels like.:D


Baby is always a joy. 
it is amazing, how the first time i excitedly felt him kicking in the womb (of my SIL, of course), 
....till the moment i saw him in real, still kicking.. :)

 Mommy Sara loves you Wan Asyraaf Faris <3 

Alhamdulillah, thank you ALLAH for the joy that YOU give us all.

keluh kesah mak- mak.

Salam.

sembang2 with colleagues (ok, my colleagues are mostly mid 30s with more than 3 kids.lol).
they shared stories about their ex-es.
how they fell in love and so on...

Colleague A : "...ex akak tu handsome,. bistu kenapa akak tak kawen ngan die je?"

with a short and simple answer.... she answered, "jodoh".

*semua terdiam*

Colleague B: "Dia (ex) kak Eton dulu memang satu kelas ngan Kak Eton time belajar. Memang budak paling pandai. sekarang keja ahli farmasi. Dia suka kat Kak Eton. Tapi diaaaam je. tak pernah cakap nak kawin ke apa. Masing-masing malu. Dah, kalau diam, takkan kita pulak nak mula. "

Yang lain-lain: pot pet pot pet *menyampuk* lol.


Banyak ok keluh kesah mak-mak..
Kelakar bila diorang share cerita.=p

p/s: dont feel like eating. though Alhamdulillah, i have fridge full of supplies :p

Congratulations #3

Salam.

Alhamdulillah, after my brothers' birthdays (2 birthdays on Dec), Dila's wedding and
New Year,
then comes my father's birthday. (yeah, daddy's birthday is on 2nd Jan)

Hence another congratulations for beloved Abah.
Sara doakan segala yang terbaik dan terindah buat Abah.
Sara doakan Abah dikurniakan kesihatan dan keberkatan hidup,
kegembiraan dan kesejahteraan berpanjangan di dunia dan akhirat.

congratulations #2

Salam.

Congratulations.....(of Dec '12 and Jan '13)

1. ....dearie big bro for your birthday (perhaps final birthday as a single guy?lol).
i love you heaps for.....
a) buying me stuff. (keep the handbag pressies going brother! :p)  
b) bringing me to places that i wanna go and eat
c) entertaining me (and offering urself) when i wanna take photos of myself *manyakkksyoksendiri*. lol    
d) being cool with my male and female friends.  
e) taking care of me (stms more than u care about ur special someone)     
f) love u coz u r my bro and one of my heroes. :D  


protective and proud abess walaupun adiknya debab...*lap air mata*.. :p

2. ......for 'celebrating' 2013 (Gregorian calendar) on the road, in the middle of traffic jam, on my way to go back home from cousin's house. 


jam coz orang park and bersidai tepi jalan nak tengok fireworks..huhu


and Alhamdulillah,1.1.13 made me realized (even more) that,

* women, especially those who're already married, pregnant and mommies, are such strong, radiant and most beautiful beings.  Quoting my own tweet..hehe, "banyaknya pengorbanan wanita (esp yang dah berkahwin, bakal ibu & ibu2). Can't stop expressing how much i think women r d strongest & prettiest when they are preggy". 

enough said :)

* i do appreciate and respect (almost admire) those who make their professions, professional. Like teachers who use their spare time to check students' works, improve their lessons. and doctors who make wise vital decisions within few seconds. seriously, it is not an easy job when it involves others' future and life. the same goes to other professions as well :)

congratulations #1

Salam.

the last 2 days of 2012 was my cousin's wedding day!
of course it was a fun, happy and merry day! :)
they were engaged last May and wedded on Dec.
i guess, my nephew would have a baby cousin on Oct '13. lol :p







congratulations beautiful bride and handsome groom! :)

Durian Crepe

Salam,

My dear friend, Abby asks me for durian crepe's recipe.
I got it from the internet actually but i forgot from which site. Huhu..
So here's the recipe (originally from the internet)...

a) the Crepe. haha

*hope u guys could read my handwriting. hehe. *sb=sudu besar *st=sudu teh

Tips (from my hands on, etc.) :
        1) adjust the amount of water, doesnt necessarily use 160ml.
            The final mixture should have that pancake-like mixture.
        2) vanilla powder = i used vanilla essence, half teaspoon.
        3) i add a lil bit of salt.
        4) 40ml susu cair = i use fresh milk.
        5) as my durian crepe is for non-commercial purposes, i use very little coloring.
        6) 50g of flour = around 5 to 6 crepes. haha. it depends on the size and thickness of ur durian crepe. :)
        7) use non-stick pan with slow heat.
        8) when u cook it, do not flip it over. just let the upper part kinda dry.
        9) if you prefer thick crepe, buatlah tebal2. hehe. if thin, buat nipis2 k.
            I like a lil bit thick. so, yeah. haha

b) Le Cream
hehe.. i used the extra whip cream from my Tiramisu.
so basically, for the cream, i whipped Paul's thickened cream with Philadelphia Cream Cheese. haha
put them in the fridge for at least one whole night before i use it for my durian crepe.


So, when both parts are ready, here comes the wrapping part.
1) when you spread the crepe,  make sure the ugly part (the brownish part of the crepe) is on top.
2) put some cream, then durian flesh (jangan taruh biji mahupun duri ok.haha), then cream again.
3) then kasikk bungkus cantik2. hehe.

and most importantly, nak lagik sedapppp....
keep your durian crepes refrigerated + you can dip it with some choc : )
